Pirates Fall at SBCC in Grueling Match

In a match that took nearly five hours to complete, the Pirates' women's tennis team fell 6-3 to visiting Santa Barbara at the VC Tennis Center Thursday. Yannick Garcia won in No. 1 singles and in No. 1 doubles with Bailey Sindle while Candace Nito won a three-set match in No. 5 singles. Sindle battled for over three hours before falling in three sets in No. 4 singles.

The Pirates will next host Glendale on Tuesday March 17 at 2:00 pm at the VC Tennis Center.
